What is condensed milk, and where is it used?

The Sweetened Condensed Milk is produced from fresh cow milk. You have to process the milk in which half the water content of fresh milk is extracted by a heating process, and then in the blend, the right amount of sugar is added that creates a rich, thick, and smooth mixture known as sweetened condensed milk. It is widely used in desserts, beverages, bakery, confectionery, and dairy products.
